Restore a subscription

On a new iPhone, or after reinstalling, open Papelo and tap Restore on the subscription screen, or go to Settings → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with.

Cancel a subscription

Open the iPhone Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Papelo, then tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Translation needs a download

Papelo translates on your iPhone. The first time you translate from a language, iOS may ask to download it once. After that, translation also works offline.

The scanner doesn't open

Allow camera access in Settings → Papelo → Camera. You can also import photos or files instead.
