Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of the Papelo app. Papelo is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with the terms below. If they conflict, these terms apply to the extent permitted by Apple's agreement.
Papelo Pro subscription
- Papelo Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered weekly or yearly. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple Account settings. Canceling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
AI features
Papelo's explanations, summaries, translations and answers are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. They are for general information only and are not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. Always check important details, such as amounts and deadlines, against the original document.
Your content
You keep all rights to the documents you scan or import. You are responsible for having the right to scan, translate or sign them. See our Privacy Policy for how your documents are handled.
Acceptable use
Do not use Papelo to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to forge signatures or documents, or to interfere with the app or its services.
Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue features. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
Disclaimer and liability
Papelo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on the app's AI output.
